Most Efficient Project Paths?

I am the Admin of my PC and not working with other User Accounts.
After Installing Unity 4 .1.3 update
How do you setup the DEFAULT PROJECT PATH?
Is there an advantage to setting projects:
C:\Unity 4.1.3 Projects
instead of
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Unity 4.1.3 Projects~

No there are only disadvantages, it’s not because you have admin rights that everything does and unity’s writing there for a reason, it’s good practice to do so.
