Mouse Look isn't working properly.

I have an interactive 3d main menu. I have Mouse Look set up but the min./max. setting don’t work. The camera is set to 40 degrees, and I want 10 degrees of movement on either side. So I set min. to 30 and max. to 50, but it still lets me move 360 degrees. Why is that?

I check this in my Unity and i have the same problem. Thats weird becouse it was working before last update. The Y one is working correctly but the X one always let me move camera 360 degrees.
