MouseOrbit Script: Follow Target Rotation?

I’m using the standard MouseOrbit script on the camera. The target is a spaceship. I’d like to know how to make the camera follow the ship’s rotations. For example, if the ship turns left, the camera should also turn left. I’ve tried making the camera a child of the spaceship, but the camera ends up all over the place. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
