Move Editor Tool Pallete back to the main window where it used to be?

Hi, I find this new Tool Pallete to be inconvenient change to the editor UI.

When it was at the top left of the main window it was easier to use because it always appeared in the same place, no matter how you resize the other window panes.

Is there a way to have it appear at the top of the window where it was in previous Editor versions?

If not, please give us the option to do so!

just drag the grab handle of the tool bar to the top row of icons above the window and it will snap to it.
