Move tools don't work with grid snap on when they did the day before. Is this a bug?

I’m new to this. I was able to use the move tool along with grid snapping, but after a while of not using it, I tried to use it again but objects won’t move anymore. Turning on grid snapping prevents the move tool from working. I couldn’t anyone else with this problem.

What are you snapping settings set to? Maybe they have been set to such a large value that objects do not seem to snap, but are just snapping to a much larger interval than expected?
