In my game I used movetowards to go left and right, i then attached rigibody to the character and added jumpforce to make it jump, however the game is just glitching out now and is very jittery. I think its because movetowards is called every frame which interferes with the rigid body physics.
Please do not use MoveTowards, or any transform modifications on a rigidbody.
Simply set the velocity to your input times your speed.
