How can see in an acceptable quality videos in unity?
I render in 3DMAX and I use adobe Premiere to export as default .H264 and it have so good quality, but when I import to unity the quality of this movie increase each see very bad

Have you tried increasing the Import Quality on the slider (Unity - Manual: Movie Textures)?
Unity automatically converts all videos to the Ogg Theora format, so perhaps you should convert the video to that format before importing it to Unity? Check out this thread for some suggestions: Best way to import movies into Unity (for the Movie Texture) - Unity Answers
