movie texture not recognized by Unity 5.3

Hi there.
Issue : Movie not recognized by Unity 5.
The movie file will import but The Movie Texture Inspector is not showing up.
I tried different mp4, same result.

I tried
-the streaming asset folder method.
-file renaming with .mp4 extension.
-apple mov files.

Same issue I still don’t know how to fix this if you found a solution I’ll be happy to hear :slight_smile:
