Moving file failed / Access Denied Please help

This Happens every time I try to load in a project with assets / Import my assets into a project. I dunno if it’s apart of the assets file (i doubt it because its used by a lot of people).
The error i get is always.

C:/Users/offdu/Documents/Project_Name/Temp/Unity?UnityTempFile=ceb9f6cae51b5b74eb39810ee5b3ddb1
to
C:/Users/offdu/Documents/Project_Name/library/metadata/cb/cbf1d1c6fbd244a409be23e2ee67fbcd:
Access is denied

I dunno if its the asset I’m using that causes the problem, My computer, or Unity itself causing the problem, i tried running the program as administrator, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, i restarted my computer 5 times. please any solutions would be nice

It seems like a widespread problem that nobody knows the solution to.

It’s really helpful when you try to save the project you’ve been working on for the past two hours and you have to ‘force quit’.

Hmm, could it be windows creating those damned thumb.db files?

I had the error popping up but had no time to have a closer look as I had to go cooking food… When I came back, I simply clicked “Retry” and it worked???
