moving the root node of a character breaks the character rig

very strange, is this by design?
the character has no animation clip of its own to interfere with timeline’s playable

it’s weird because all i move is the root and the node below that also gets keyes!
in fact i’m seeing that the transform of all the bones key red but those fcruves don’t show up on the timeline, only the root

Known issue, fixed in either 1.2.11 if I’m not mistaken
