Should be interesting to see if/how this trickles down to Mono and Unity.
As Mono currently is testing an all new GC and alike I’ve my doubts that it will have any direct or indirect impact on the forseable future of Mono.
But nice to see that MS decided that they would like to get external input and push their started “open standard” move further with this.
should finally shut down all “don’t use mono, ms shuts it down” nay sayers down
