Hello,
MUKS is a action game where you control a small space ship armed with different kinds of weapons. The game features two main modes: The Campaign Mode that is playable both in single-player and co-op modes and the Skirmish Mode that lets you take on your friend locally in a split-screen battle, or practice against the AI ship.
The Campaign Mode (at the time of release) consists of 10 different missions where your main goal is to find the vortex to exit the level and proceed to the next one. You take on hostile turrets and space ships along the way, collects coins that you can use to purchase upgrades and collect the classic three stars hidden in each level. The succession level is measured on the completion time and the amount of stars you gathered.
The Skirmish Mode is a head-to-head mode where you fight against your friend (or the AI) with a variety of 14 different weapons in 7 different levels. When playing against your friend, the screen is split so both players have their own screen and control layouts. There’s also quite a few options to configure to make the matches unique.
The game also has a support for watching replays and sharing them online via the Everyplay service (www.everyplay.com) and GameCenter integration gives you achievements.
