Is the feature “Multi scene support for occlusion culling” included in 5.5.b11? Does this feature import the occlusion data if I import a scene from AssetBundles?

The multi scene support will be in 5.5.b11, the occlusion data should also be copied with assest bundles, yes.
We’ve added a bunch of fixes for this beta too, which will be available soon (and would recommend that version).
