I saw this for a little while during early betas, but it seemed to have resolved after doing a reimport of my project (make sure you have meta files, then delete everything except “Assets” and “Project Settings” directories).
GTX 980 here, it’s fixed on my computer, the other dev on the project has the same card and still has the issue, with both having the latest nvidia drivers.
Last I saw this was on Windows 8 - using either a GTX 680 or a GTX 750Ti. I think I only saw the issue when the graphics level was picking DX11, but I’m not totally sure… might have also been there when I forced DX9. I haven’t seen the issue in a while.
People who still see this in current 5.2 builds - can you file bugs with actual project that reproduces the issue? I’ve tried everything I could think of, and can’t reproduce the issue (and don’t see where the bug would be either). I suspect it might be dependent on “something else” that is either in the scene, or in window layout, etc. – but haven’t managed to come to that part myself.
I had a similar issue with 5.2.0f3, but most of my handles were black. I was able to fix this by deleting the Library folder and having Unity rebuild everything. Now my colors are back to normal.
