Is there any way to improve latency on Multiplay servers? I want the servers to have low ping just like some other competitive esports game.
Even in Korea, while I get about 15-20ms of latency in other games I get 80 ms with Multiplay hosting.
Is it because Multiplay does not support multiple regions yet? Do I pay extra for more subdivided region?

Thank you for your question. Currently the Game Server Hosting offering supports the following high-level regions for you to provision your infrastructure:
Asia
Australia
Europe
North America
South America
At present, you are unable to allocate infrastructure to specific locations within a region. This means that if you have selected the Asia region, you might get placed in a location that could see a higher latency for clients depending on where the product places your game server.
Our product and engineering teams are however looking into expanding this functionality at the moment. This would then allow you to pick specific locations so that you can reduce latencies further for your clients in certain regions.

I get over a 100 in europe most of the time. Is there a timeline for the server location expansion?
I am having the same problem now. My servers are getting placed in Finland which is pretty much the worst possible scenario in Europe…
