Multiple instances of an Particle System prefab have the exact same animation.

I have a prefab of a Particle System placed on multiple places in my Scene, when i enter play mode all of the prefabs do exactly the same thing. Even when i have most of the values set to “Random between to Constants”.

I’d like them to all create a unique animation.

If you use same material for every particle systems they will have the same function. If you change color of one particle system and apply it, other will also take the same effect because of the same material. If you are using different material and having the problem try creating different prefabs with different values and test them.
