multiple lights shadow problem

i have a problem if i have 2 or more point lights with shadows enabled, it causes shadows where it shouldnt be

on the first link you can see that there is a shadow on both sides and on the second link you can see that there is a point light on both sides of the cube, in real life it wouldnt cause a shadow on both sides since there is light there

sorry iam bad at explaining stuff :stuck_out_tongue: hope someone understands what i mean and can help me solve this so there wont be any shadows where it shouldnt be :slight_smile:

I am not sure why are you insisting shadows “shouldn’t be” there. Yes they should, that’s how physics work :smiley:

If you wish to remove the shadow, on your cube object, uncheck the “Casts shadows” checkbox in your Mesh Renderer component.

A point light has different intensity of illumination across the surface it affects. I will not simply “erase” any shadows in it’s sphere of influence.
