Which part is supposed to be “mutated”?
It’s mutated compared to the other elves… Smaller, Different anatomy 
, but constructive criticism taken, i fixed it:) i hope…
I’ve not yet seen a normal elf, so I’ll take you at your word that this one is mutated.

Looks mutated to me. arms differ in length; unless thats the camera angle, perculier facial features with the no mouth and what not. Looks good

Well, as seeing you’ve already started with some leather i would continue making everything leather(shoulders too, now they seem made from metal), so, i would add more color variations, maybe some dye in the edges and some stretch marks everywhere.
