I submitted my app for review on the App Store Connect website, and it was rejected. They took a screenshot and sent me the attached image of a push notification saying “iOS Build Environment - This is a demo version of the iOS build environment. This message will pop up repeatedly. To get rid of this limitation, please obtain the full version.” I am not entirely sure what this means, as I never specified anywhere in the Unity settings that this was a test/development build as far as I am aware of. I am using the free version of Unity 2019.2.8f1, I don’t remember reading anywhere that you have to purchase the full version of Unity to submit to the iOS App Store.
Are you building on a Mac with XCode?
I’m using the iOS project builder for Windows.

Maybe contact them? I’m guessing they are using this : iOS Build Environment for Windows by Pierre-Marie Baty
Thank you, I await an email from them.
