My character is halfway through the bottom of my terrain

So i created a terrain and a first person character controller. Im new to Unity and i dont know what to do. When i start the game I am halfway through the floor. Im not falling, i can walk around but half my screen is blue. Please help me if you can

Make sure the collider on the character controller is in the right size (should cover the entire capsule).
