The wings keep detaching from my character’s torso. They animate like they are supposed to, but they don’t follow with the torso’s movements causing it to detach. The FBX file I was using, has the wing skeleton separate from its main skeleton, and all of the model’s mesh. At first, I thought it was there was something wrong with the model itself, but when I went into the original Maya file, it was working just fine. Then, I thought it was a skeleton issue since they were separate, but when I tried to export the same type of rig, from the original maya file, as an FBX again, only with the skeletons connected, the wings still detached from the main body. Why are the wings separate objects with a separate rig, from the character?
Does this serve a functional purpose in the game?
