I pretty excited. I have released my first game. It’s an educational game, that way, if it stinks, I can say, “well, it was an educational game so…”. I don’t think it stinks though. I got a five star review from someone already who is not a relative, friend or acquaintance. I’ve been programming games since I was 12, but this is the first out there for the public. It’s called Space Bus and it’s for android. I also have a web player for it on my website (gamer8games.com).
I used a lot of unity assets. Space for Unity, Mad Level manager, Some 3d models, joystick control, UI extensions and some effects. I also used a tts library for android and the free sci-fi music loop “Stars” (although I did buy the full package from the artist). The main thing I did was refine the code examples for space flight that were in the examples, and added some overall game code management. I think it turned out pretty well. When I say all that I now feel like I didn’t do anything… but it was still a lot of work bringing it all together and changing the code of these tools to suit my needs.
Anyway its on the pay store here:

I’m pretty happy about it. Next thing is to get it up on IOS. I’ve never had an iPad before. I bought one last night. I compiled the app for IOS, but it looks bad. I’ll figure it out and eventually and spend the 100 bucks for the IOS developer fee. Thank you everyone who sold the assets that are included here for your work. And thank you all for the help this community gave me through different forums. I appreciate it.
