My game lags and I use low poly mesh

Some one please help me, I am creating a low poly android game and now I am have a annoying problem. When I test my game in my tablet the game lags, my tablet is good performance but then also the game lags. And the game runs on 12 fps in my tablet and in editor the game runs on 60 fps but In editor the game runs nicely. And I have seen many videos for optimazing but then also I am not clear how to optimize. And I have reduce the draw calls.
