My low poly chracter from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17RxSHAm_Jg isnt working

i downloaded

this character and followed all the steps for unity, and the Ethan Third person controller prefab isn’t working. The character is moving but not animating and when i add the main camera to the character to follow my character it starts moving in the wrong direction. Can someone help me i have been trying to figure this problem for the last 4 days and nothing is working for me

Google - blender to Unity axis orientation.
Then google - replace Unity Ethan with custom character.

No sorry - I don’t use blender.

Both of these are common problems, search the forum and you will find the solutions.
