my organization has been blocked without real proof

Hello there, I’m still waiting the response from Unity Ads Team about the official reason about my organization has been blocked from my original appeal since 15 days now, I require proof with reporting log for example, IP, country, users, screenshot, installations fraud, which game, date, etc… they couldn’t blocked my organization without official reason or real proof, it is shameful ! Since 15 days, for sure, no ads revenue, why is so long ?.. I guess the decision comes from an algorithm as always ! I’ve talked few times with the chat team, but things doesn’t move since 15 days ! it looks like Admob team, only algo no human voice, it is shameful as I said ! They make billions of $ per year with our apps but when a problem occurs, nobody here ! Life is beautiful right ?

Hello farazk, since 3 WEEKS I’m still waiting the official response of the official unity ads team , I’ve asked proof, screenshot, log, IP, country, users, installations fraud, which game, date, it is a shame, as I said, They make billions of $ per year with our apps but when a problem occurs, nobody here ! This is really bad… If you did not get any response after three weeks then I should expect the same… :frowning:

No one from Unity is willing to comment or respond to any of this…

The “chat team” told me after my first appeal “don’t worry it is maximum 7 days”, after 7 days with no response, another one from this team told me “don’t worry it is maximum 15 days”, today it is 3 weeks !

after one month, yes ! They accused me of facts I did not commit and refuse to give me any proof of their accusations, like screenshot for example, their answer is extremely opaque ! what about you ?

i have sent ticket to them waiting for answers…

That happened to me with admob too … I’m 100% certain that I did nothing wrong and got banned and never managed to speak to a human to explaining whatever concerns they had. (Only showed an optional rewarded ad after a mission, textbook example of an ad implementation)

That’s why I’m currently using UnityAds. Now I see your message and get flashbacks to my google sh*tshow. Please keep us updated how this ends. I wish you all the best, at least here we still talk to humans at Unity!

Talking to a human is useless when they just behave like bots.

My monetization was disabled without giving any reason as well as apparently it was picked up by their fraud detection.

I appealed, and I knew it would be overturned as it may have been a mistake.

But after 1 month of waiting, I was just told that their decision will stay and they took away all my earnings and closed my appeal without even asking for more proof or giving me a chance to reply.

Same with me, they just took a one sided decision and closed the appeal case without giving us any further chance to explain

Unfortunately it’s a private company, so, they do what they want, just like a casino decides to ban a player who makes a little too much money; but I guess when a developer makes a little too much money, they ban! unless if you are EPIC GAMES or KING !
