MY PC WAS NEARLY CRASHED

Hello Unity Forum users.I just have a big situation while I was playing with the shaders. So I saw a tesselation shader thingy on Youtube for the Terrain gameobject and I wanted to try it out but once I changed the shader of a material I created and draged it on the Terrain setting part.My Unity Editor crashed and my PC gave me a blackscreen for 3 seconds and then the screen cameback for 1 second and then my pc gave me a black screen once more.then it turned back to normal but Unity was still crashing.I saved and closed unity (I don’t remember how I saved the project  ).Then a notification popped up and said that my graphics card was nearly stopping and that it saved itself from the situation.Well I was going to open Unity Editor and I saw that it got deleted.

What should I do to open my project.Im a really afraid to have the same situation cuz Im just 15 :c

[HARDWARE]

Nvidia Geforce GT430

RAM 4GB

Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU (3.06Ghz)

the video I watched :

Im using Unity 5 (the release gave me a lot of motivation. Thanks Unity developers <3  )

Out of date video drivers or you graphics card is too old

Do you know how to open it safely?

Update your drivers via the Nvidia website (ideally get a more modern GPU). If you can’t manage that, you probably shouldn’t be trying to make games or code shaders.

Thanks,I’ll do that.should I delete the material I created in my project folder?

No, you should update your hardware and drivers.
