My player falls through cubiquity plugin terrain

Hi, I built a series of tunnels in a cubiquity landscape (cubiquity voxel editor plugin for unity) , using the ORK framework also. When I load the scene, the player falls through the tunnel floor into space. I added a terrain collider to the cubiquity terrain (not a normal unity terrain). It still has the player falling through. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong please? Any help greatly appreciated.

I should have looked at the pdf instructions. you go into your cubiquity…scripts folder, and attack cubiquity terrain collider.cs to your terrain in the window. then you can walk on the terrain. sorry.

if anyone can help. Now the cubiquity terrain disappears when I run the game build. The player spawns, is in mid air, can move direction, but the terrain is gone. Please.
