I am using a point light and a spot light near together and it works fine with the editor but when i make the build the point light is not illuminating. I have the pixel light count in Quality settings to a high number.
Make sure you use the same Quality setting for testing inside the editor as the target platform has.
You may test on high settings but play at low and you will be wondering yourself whats going on.
