Yesterdag morning My unity project is normally but im click build run after 1 min im exit unity . was interrupted. And after start unity choose my project and open buy im not showing folder, object and every file and object. Im not clicking asset folder . Scene is stoped. I can not do anything. Please help me . (My english is very bad Excuse me :))
Try to create a new project then import your assets to the new project.
