I do apologize for what one forum member characterized as a “tantrum”. He was right. I could not get a response to the issues that I was having. So I came here, WOW. I did get a response. Both from the community, tech support, and sales. I don’t mind paying for software that works. I was just beginning to believe that I had been scammed.
I think that generally this is a great community. Maybe at times the response can be a bit strong, as it was in your case, but I believe it’s usually fair. That is, you came in attacking, and the community stepped to the defense. Just remember that you’ll catch more flies with honey than vinegar (assuming in this example that catching flies, is in fact a good thing and what you want to do). Everyone’s allowed a mistake or two, and nobody holds grudges or anything.
