"My Registries" doesn't show up in the Package Manager

Hello, I’ve seen a Thread earlier to this Problem but I couldn’t fix it. I want to add this Package (GitHub - pshtif/RuntimeTransformHandle: Runtime transform handle for Unity.) to my Unity but the “My Regestries” Option doesn’t show up in the Package Manager. I am using the Unity Version 2020.3.32f1. Does anybody know how I can fix this problem so I can use the Package?

I’m seeing this issue again in 2021.3.22. No “My Registries” option in Package Manager despite having custom scoped registries defined. @maximeb_unity for visibility.
