My scene is blurred with red and blue colors after build

I give up trying to figure this out. I need some help. My scene is messed up after I build it for Windows 32bit. The scene should look like the first image and it does when I build it for Unity Web Player but when I build for Windows it looks like image two. I have changed every setting there is in the build settings and quality settings with no change. Anyone know what is going on here? Oh, and I do not have stereoscopic turned on in the settings since that is what I thought it looked like at first.

It’s definitely a cyan/magenta 3D effect (kinda neat, I have some old 3D cellophane glasses here), which doesn’t just happen by accident.

SOLVED! Well sort of, I do not know why this happened but it seems it was after I updated my Unity to the latest version (4.5.5f) I loaded my project at home on version 4.5.4f and it works fine. I will try to download the latest version again, there must have been some corrupt or missing files for the Windows compiler.
