my Unity IAP plugin is not working

I imported IAP to my android project and write the code for the button and i configured the google console for the payments

now when I press on the button in unity Editor I get this pop box

and I tried to build it on Samsung Note 8 device and when I click on the button nothing happens

I uploaded it to play console as an alpha test and download it from the given link and it works
