Are there any humans left working at Unity?
My organization was locked a month ago and Unity has not responded to my appeal ticket, support chat, a separate support ticket, or even Twitter DMs.
What do I have to do to get a human to look at my case? I did not commit fraud. I did not violate the terms of use. Unity Ads’ automated fraud algorithm is at fault and nobody will even look at it.
Are there are any human beings from Unity looking at these forums or is every position at the company now held by drinking birds?
