My video is 622 kb size but still have lag on Android

The sound of the video comes before the vision of the video and the video plays slow in android what makes this and how can I solve this problme?

video format/import settings, which android device, unity version, using unity videoplayer?

H262, as far as I see transcode also didn’t helped, android device Xiomi Redmi Note 7, Unity 2021, yes I use builtin Unity Videoplayer.
