That’s quite a few to be drawing all at once. mayve make each terrain section bigger while keeping the segments the same, it will lower the resolution a little but it’l make for a bigger terrain.
in terms of appearence maybe add a few towns, and a few more objects and some grass, add some mesh rocks on steep terrain. that way it’l look a bit more populated.
well to be honest i dont have a 3d modling programe that i can use. i have tried blender but i cant understand how to use it and i dont feel like spending the time to figure it out. the bridges in the game are from the island demo and other than that im using what unity comes with.
If you want to get into creating game worlds you should really consider learning a 3d modelling package, there are others, i don’t particularly like Blender either, but it is a very powerful tool. AC3D is one of the easiest I have come across and is great for someone who is new. It is also cheap, and is also a powerful editor fully capable of designing professional grade assets.
