i was wondering watching the top rank app, this app made it to the top 100 in the App Store , from almost zero to zillion of download in no time, anyone got an idea why and how? i know cat are popular but there zillion of cat apps out there.

Guess - 2 logical answers, either it’s popular - or it’s paid for users, which usually is the mo for free ad saturated games not “premium” games.
Why/How do you think it rose in the charts as it did?
here it says featured in many countries… not sure how to check if thats correct…
