I just got Unity iPhone 1.7. There doesn’t appear to be a viewport gizmo in the upper corner, and the standard key commands I use in free Unity do not work…
option+mouse click for rotate,
option+command+mouse for zoom.
option+control+mouse for pan.
None of those work.
I have looked for documentation, but all the general documentation appears to be for regular Unity.
Unity iphone 1.x bases on the unity 2.1 editor which didn’t have these features (they were added with 2.5)
none the less the commands you show there should work up to a given degree:
option - mouse click + move → rotate
mouse wheel → move in - out
option + mouse wheel button + move → pan
Aha. Therein lies the problem. There is no middle mouse button. I am using a roller ball. I’ll see if I can set up a custom configuration in my mouse prefs. Thanks!
there might potentially be a keyboard based input method, but I do have a mouse with 5 buttons so I don’t see a reason to search for it I fear
