Navigation baked on wrong place where nothing exists!!

I am making navigation on my custom map with some obstacles.
when I bake it, navmesh (the blue layers) are detecting obstacles where nothing exists and outside of the walls as well.
Those obstacles are what I’ve made before but now it is erased, and navigation is still detecting it.
How can I make it to forget them?

I just closed and restarted unity and it worked properly. It was an temporary error.
