Navmesh Agent walks off navmesh on custom model

i’m trying to use a navmesh on a custom model i made in blender. the model is just a basic room with a corridor. my navmesh works no problem on planes and cubes in unity, but when i try to use the navmesh on my custom model, the area goes blue as it should, but the navmesh agent automatically snaps to the nearest navmesh that’s NOT on the custom model. i’ve tried making the navmesh on just a basic plane and the same thing happens.

what is your Unity and Blender version?

I think providing screenshots may help us better understand the issue.

If you send me the scene file (On project window, right click on scene file and select export package) I can take a look.

@ergin3d_1 it says the scene file is too large, so i can’t send it on i’m afraid. the problem is with the large, bumpy grey box. there’s one of my AI in it and it’s navmesh just snaps to the main land area and the ai walks into the wall.

You can clean the scene, leaving only the problematic parts, save it as a new scene, and then send it.
