Navmesh baking incorrectly

I’m currently working on a project that involves a good bit of AI. I’ve used a navmesh surface on my terrain object for the entire project with no issues. Now all of a sudden, the bake only applies to very off spots usually on slopes and not where it should be. Anyone know why this is happening?

The solution was simply just the rotation of the terrain. It was accidentally hit with a rotation that you can see in the screen shot. At 0,0,0 it is fine.
