NavMesh generates at wrong location

I create navmesh bounds volume, scale it and position, it generates navmesh at an expected location, but when I hit play, player can’t walk, because navmesh’s gone to wrong place. I’ve build paths before hitting play.

Well it doesn’t look like you are using Unity?
