Navmesh not baking correctly

When I bake a navmesh, only small little clusters are walkable. It should be covering the entire floor as well as the stairs but just isnt. I have tried modifiying every setting possible but nothing makes any difference. The rooms have a navmesh modifier component on them and even when they are overridden to walkable it makes no difference. On the terrain outside of the house there is a cross of stripes that are unwalkable.
This issue started happening after I changed the layout of the house and made all walls and floors into planes using the probuilder. It worked fine before but after I changed the layout of the house nothing bakes correctly anymore. Also, the stripes on the terrain really are not there and the visual is not obscured by anything. Can someone please help, I cannot figure out what the issue is?

Solved: One of the navmesh obstacles in a prefab had a crazy high volume for some reason. Wish Unity actually let you see the size of the navmesh obstacle boxes.
