Not an issue with performance but really hurts my head when i’m working with hundreds and they are jittering everywhere.

Yeah lately I’m seeing these kinds of clipping navmeshes more myself. Not really anything to fix it afaik, luckily it’s just visualization data. Just close the navigation tab while you’re not working on navigation and you’ll be all right.
