Look at the top of your post. Click ‘thread tools’ then ‘subscribe to this thread’.
edit-Then in your forum settings ( http://forum.unity3d.com/profile.php?do=editoptions )
Set your default thread subscription mode to ‘Instantly, Using email’. This will email you when any new posts are made.
