Is the only way to contact someone only through “Contact” and generate a ticket? In those options there is no option for forums.

Hi, which forum thread in particular do you need access to?
We don’t really have an official contact form or bug reporter for the forum, we use the Forum Issues & Feedback forum for this purpose.
