Hi All
I am not sure if this is the right section to ask this but I am currently developing my first game on Unity and I would need some advice as to how I would do this
I intend to have the game start into a prologue that introduces the game world setting and some insight into how the game world is created and I wanted it to be animated through a comic strip … something akin to angry birds kind … and towards the end section of the comic strip which will show a scene and I want that scene to be the backdrop (Still some animation in it … .like smoke … etc … ) for the main menu …
So it would bring players from the story to the main menu while still having them see the last scene in the backdrop …
So mt question is … should I do it …
-
Do a video clip for it and then cut it into that scene from the video after it ends … but that really is not what I wanted for it …
-
Have 2D/sprite graphics animated within Unity and run it into that scene i need with the required main menu GUI ? (I am not sure if this can be done ??)
Sorry if this question have been ask before or if it is really a noob question …
Thanks all for taking the time to read my post and for your advice…
Cheers
