Need advice on Lightmapping

Hi, im doing a project for my final assignment with a group. Im in charge of lightmapping since i find it enjoyable and kind of fun ( yea weird ). Thing is i have documented myself as far as i can do by myself or at least i cant really find an answer to fix my issue since all the talks online etc really dont get into issues that have been happening to me.

So, heres my problem. After a bake, some assets appear to behave really odd. meaning, that they get what i THINK is bleeding, and im not sure why. Secondly, some assets dont get their shadows correctly displayed. But, its only with a directional light, if i use a point light it gets the shadows right. So, im really out of options and really would appreciate some help, specially since ive been learning this for 3 months so far :smile:.
