Need Everyone's Advice! 44 Hours Since Payment, No License Received!

Here is the thing: I subscribed Unity Pro and iOS Pro two days ago. The payment was successful (bank notice received immediately) but the page froze at the “processing payment” for more than 10 minutes after the payment. Than I had to refreshing the page. And to my surprise nothing indicated that I made the purchase. No confirmation email, no invoice, no receipt, nothing. I contacted support and got a reply that said he will let finance check this and let me know as soon as he hear anything. Now it’s been 19 hours since that and no more replies. And it’s been 45 hours after payment and no license received.

It’s disappointing that it took this long to confirm a $150 payment and the problem still hasn’t been solved. Can anyone give me some advice? Anyone know if there is any legal agreement or document that mentions the software delivery time? Please reply.

I just had a look at your Unity account and cannot see any details of your Subscription payment. So, my assumption is that your payment has never arrived at Unity’s site. My support team do their best to help customers. My team contacting the finance team can take some time. Although we are 1 hour apart, the finance team are not always able to jump onto customer issues at the speed of light. :frowning: I can imagine it’s frustrating for you, and can only apologise it’s taking time.

Thanks Graham, I understand it takes time. It is frustrating not only because it’s affecting my progress, but also because I always had a good impression on Unity. Anyway here is the screenshot of the sms from my bank the moment I paid. I know you may not read Chinese but it basically says my credit card’s last 4 digits is 5254, the payment time is 14:22 Beijing time(GMT+8), August 4th, the bank is Bank of Communications, the screenshot of my online bill shows the receiver is UNITYTECHNOLOGIES A/S SASAN FRANCISCOCA.
I will also forward this to the support email and I hope this can speed the process up.
Also, I ask Unity to grant me a temporary pro license before you finish the confirmation. Because a. I have no reason to lie about my payment and you will confirm it eventually anyway, b. it’s a company with good support will do.
