Not only are my arrows mere outlines, but my Gizmos DrawSpheres are as well. I can’t work like this. Can anyone help me get this back to normal? I can’t see the grid, either, even though it’s turned on.

Start by resetting the layouts (upper right), then try close / open Unity, perhaps even a reimport all.
Please note for the future that the 2D forum isn’t the place for this which is supposed to be for 2D features.
Perhaps a more appropriate forum would be General Editor.
